What we liked most about the area

Lake view from the castle ruin down - family hike to the nearby Rocca di Manerba.
Souvenir in a bottle? Well the the olive oil from the local Cooperativa Agricola San Felice del Benaco is fantastic.
"Shower" with alpine water for free in the mini gorge of the waterfall Madonna del Rio, in the mountain forest above Salò.

The campsite has 302 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. The pitches are between 60 and 100 m² in size and all have electricity connection. There are also 70 rental accommodations such as mobile homes, bungalows and glamping tents. The rental accommodations are comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to six people.

You can reach the campsite by car, train or plane.

By car: Take the A4 Milan-Venice motorway and follow the signs for Brescia. Take the Brescia Est exit and continue on the SS45bis towards Salò. Then follow the SP9 towards San Felice del Benaco and turn left into Via Silvella.
By train: The nearest train station is Desenzano del Garda, about 20 km from the campsite.

Is the campsite dog-friendly?

Yes, the campsite is dog-friendly and accepts dogs of all sizes and breeds. You just have to indicate when you book that you are bringing a dog. On the campsite there are some rules for dogs,

They must be kept on a leash.
They are not allowed in the swimming pools or on the private beach.
They must have their own sleeping place.
They must be vaccinated and chipped.
They must remove their poop.

You also have to pay an extra fee per day per dog. On the campsite there is also a dog area with an agility course, a dog pool and a dog salon. Near the campsite there is also a public beach for dogs.
