Rando Yourte

On the campsite

Extraordinary? Rando-Yourte!

  • Only 1 km from the sea
  • Stay in a yurt
  • A great base for exploring

Leave the car behind and discover Normandy!

A true paradise for hikers awaits you here! On foot, by bike and even on horseback. On the numerous hiking routes of the Alabaster Coast, the paths of hikers, cyclists and horse riders cross in the open countryside, from the sea to the hinterland. Admire the extraordinary panoramas of the cliffs of the Alabaster Coast as well as the picturesque villages of the coastal hinterland with their centuries-old folk heritage. Typical sacred buildings made of sandstone or the colourful houses of Cauchois (made of brick, flint, sandstone...). Walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea or be enchanted by the old mills of the Durdent valley.

Spend the night in traditional Mongolian yurts

Just a kilometre or so from the beach, between Saint Valéry en Caux (marina with six hundred boats) and Veulettes sur Mer, the pearl of the Pays de Caux, Rando-Yourte awaits you, a yurt village built in the traditional Mongolian way in a beautiful and extensive orchard. The yurt is the traditional tent of the Normads in Central Asia. The accommodation is suitable for 4 to 6 people and is set up to ensure a comfortable night's sleep in an exceptional atmosphere. The day in your bones? Relax in the sauna or hammam and counter sore muscles! After a restful night, recharge your batteries for the day with a delicious breakfast waiting for you in the breakfast room!
